Policies
Appointments
A major credit card is required to confirm/hold your reservation however payment will be made in-person at our studio and after your service. We accept walk-ins, however, we encourage you to book an appointment to receive your preferred time. To schedule a time, please book online or simply call us. There is a 4% employee wellness fee per visit. The fee helps to cover the cost of our industry-leading employee benefits like health insurance, retirement plans and paid time off as well as our thorough cleaning protocols.
Cancellations
Cancellations are possible up until 12-hours before your appointment. Clients that miss their reservation or cancel without 12-hour notification will be charged 50% of the cost of their service.
Late Policy
We strive to ensure that all our clients enjoy their visit to Unwind therefore it’s important that treatments start at their scheduled appointment time. In order to maintain our schedule throughout the day, we are not able to guarantee the full appointment duration for clients that arrive late.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can begin to decompress and to ensure a timely commencement. To maintain the spa experience, we ask that you silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival.
Attire
Please undress to your level of comfort. All of our staff are professionally trained and licensed to ensure the highest quality service and integrity. Proper draping techniques are used for your privacy and comfort.
